My Name is Dawn, I’ve been in the hair industry for 34 years, and my passion for creating beautiful, personalized looks grows stronger every day. I started my career at Andre Phillips Salon 31 years ago, learning from my mentor, Phil—who is still right by my side and continues to inspire me.

I specialize in foiling, cutting, coloring, and blow drying, and I love tailoring each service to help my clients feel confident and cared for.

In February 2023, my son Zach and I proudly took over Andre Phillips, continuing its legacy while bringing new life to the salon. My mission is simple: to make every client who walks through our door feel welcomed, understood, and truly beautiful.
